4 Months Old

Well, rice cereal does taste nice and it helps me to sleep more at night. Today, I tried pumpkin, that was better, I was getting bored with rice cereal. My sister's arm tastes ok (see photo) and this carrier doesnt taste bad either. I guess that is how I got that triple chin. My mum and dad say I have the same gleam in my eyes like my sister. Who loves to squeal at me all day so I just keep laughing at her. Here she is, dressed in her mummies clothes and dressed up as fairies with roller skates on with her friend.

The Cousins Visit

Mr Smiley face is almost too big for the bassinet. Here is cousin Matty and Jarrayd and Olivia (cousin-in-law) down at Manly beach pushing Sam in the pram. Olivia and Mia are the same age and both were determined to ride the scooter.

Aunty Tan came and spent many hours holding Sam as he had reflux. He found a nice comfortable spot on her chest. Sam (a.k.a Morgan) in pink princess bed with fairy Mia.

7 Weeks & Birthday Parties

He has grown heaps, well that is what he does grow and grow. I dont feel like I have a newborn anymore. Thephotos are from Emma's jumping castle birthday party. Life is pretty good at 3

4 Weeks Almost 5kg

Some of these photos are from Gandpa buds visit. He is now 5 weeks old. Mia loves him and is really cute even though I know she misses the time we use to spend together. Sometimes, it is hard but she is doing well. Life is well, just very busy and I cant believe 5 weeks have passed. It is going way to fast, most of it is spent, either feeding this hungry man or trotting off to pick Mia from school. He is a lovely, very strong boy and starting to smile. At least this time, we have somethings right, capsule tick, travel system pram, tick, electric dual breast pump, tick, malcolm giving bottle everyday, tick, bassinet, tick, not overstimulating, tick. The bubba moe sling, tick for those unsettled moments - life is much easier in some ways.

Last 2 Weeks 14 Days Old

Mia and I feeding our babies together. Yes, it's breast milk in the bottle! some attachment issues but still persisting with breast milk. It's working and has benefits like this morning when I didnt want to get up, Malcolm was able to feed him. And it's nice for Mal to enjoy doing this. Here is Mia's first pony ride and some getting her face painted at a fair.

Samuel Fitzroy Edgar a.k.a Morgan

Yes, we have decided on Samuel as his name. Having said that, we call him Morgan too, ( as a pet name) as Mia does and we think that's cute but his name is Samuel Fitzroy Edgar. Sam or Samuel will suit a big footed guy. Fitzroy Crossing is the place where Mal and I met.
